When shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, our International Express Delivery Service may take approximately 5 business days.

Receiving an order

All orders are shipped via FedEx directly from our Italian warehouse in Bologna.

All shipments that are sent by La Perla require a signature upon delivery. If you are not able to be home and sign for your package, you are able to sign for it online by using the Delivery Manager service from FedEx.

For deliveries to the USA, the price of the item includes all customs duties and processing fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded by La Perla in case of returns

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes, APO/FPO addresses. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders from our Italian warehouse. Main service hours for order processing are Monday to Friday, from 3:00 am to 12:00 pm EST (with the exception of Italian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one to two business days after the receipt of payment.

Tracking an order

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email including your FedEx tracking number and your invoice.

Failed delivery procedure

Our international deliveries require a signature. If you miss the FedEx delivery attempt, the courier will leave a door tag. It will indicate if the package will be re-attempted for delivery the following day or if it will be redirected to a facility for holding.

You can sign the door tag to release your FedEx package at the next delivery attempt. In case your package is held at a facility you can request a redelivery and sign for the package via the door tag. Otherwise you have 5 business days to go and pick it up. Pass this time the package will be sent back to Italy and we will refund you upon reception.
