Returns & Exchanges

Please note, due to reasons outside of our control we are currently experiencing a delay processing returns. If you have returned an item, it will be processed on or after 23rd August 2021. Thank you for your patience.

We endeavor to make returning or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer free returns on all La Perla purchases. The standard delivery fee will be refunded on return of the whole order. Items can be returned within 28 days of delivery for all full price items, if return conditions specified below are met. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We advise that you check your order upon receipt. If there is an issue, please contact our customer support. We cannot accept returns 28 days after you have received the items.

1. Log in and create a return

Log into your account and go to 'Order History'. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
Guest users, please contact customer services.

2. Fold items

Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

3. Pack items

Insert the Pro-Forma return invoice sent by the customer service team with the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging. Seal securely and attach all the return labels received from our customer service in the order they are printed to the outside of the box using the plastic sleeve provided at the FedEx facility.

4. Arrange collection or find a drop-off point

Book a complimentary collection by reaching out to our customer service team.. Alternatively,

Returns exchange conditions

La Perla accepts returns of unused items by mail within 28 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.

  • The following items will NOT be accepted:

    • Beauty products, such as fragrances or lipstick.
    • Incomplete, damaged, worn, altered and washed returns or anything La Perla reasonably believes has been used.
    • Briefs, bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact. (Please note that only the swimsuits have the protective adhesive strip.)
    • Hosiery items if their package has been opened.
    • Any personalized or monogrammed items.
    • Discounted or sale items.
    • Face masks.
    • Gift Certificates.

Returns that do not comply with the La Perla returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer.

How to exchange an item

Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep and place a new order for the replacement item.

How to return an item

If you wish to return an item, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:

1. Log into your account. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return. No La Perla account? Please contact customer services.

2. Carefully fold the items with all tags attached.

Refunds procedure

On receipt of the returned goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.

A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method.

Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original payment method that was used.

La Perla reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our return condition requirements.
